One of the greatest challenges in student organizations like Phi Theta Kappa is engagement, ensuring students stay involved, take on leadership roles, and maximize their opportunities. My work focuses on developing innovative strategies to increase participation, foster leadership, and create lasting impact in PTK chapters and beyond.
