ABOUT ME

I’m Ciara Wallace, a faith‑driven entrepreneur, licensed stylist, student leader, and guardian to two remarkable girls. My path started at 17 studying electrical engineering, I shifted through eight years in government contracting, and ultimately found my purpose behind the salon chair where I discovered the transformative power of service.

When the pandemic shuttered my business overnight, I pivoted, returning to college, earning an Associate in Business, and rebuilding my brand with a profit‑first mindset. Scholarships like the All‑USA & Coca‑Cola Academic Team award and leadership roles in Phi Theta Kappa confirmed what faith already told me: second chances are gifts we’re called to multiply.

Today I balance salon artistry, mastermind coaching for creatives, and campus leadership at Midlands Technical College, all anchored in my mantra “Service from the Heart, Success by Design.” Whether I’m guiding a stylist to their first four‑figure month or mentoring students to step into leadership, my mission is the same: turn purpose into sustainable impact for families and communities.
